Casual Visit Times
Come for a casual visit, wander the park in your own time, or follow the numbers to lead you around the park.
You can purchase pellets at the gate to feed the animals, take a rest in our seating area, enjoy the surroundings, or go around again, no time limits, follow the kids' lead.

Bring some animal stories and some snacks. We have picnic tables and picnic blankets available.

Feeding Times
930am | 430pm
Join Mrs. Macdonald (or one of her team) to prepare the animal's morning or evening food, fill hay nets, top up waters, learn a little about the different feeds. Pull the trolley and help on the rounds to feed all of the farm park animals so their tummies are full !
If you are allowed, you might get a ride on the motorbike to feed the big horses too.

Guided Tour Times
Get ready for an amazing visit at our farm park! You'll be shown around by Mrs. Macdonald or one of her fantastic team.
Meet all of our adorable animals up close, ask any questions and learn facts about our furry friends.
Experience brushing the ponies, or cuddles with the bunnies. Special viewings of our baby animals when we have them.

Educational Group Visits
Arrange a special visit and educational excursion for your group, whether it is a school, kura, kohanga, kindergarten, daycare, holiday programme, rest home or otherwise.
We offer an educational guided tour, perfect for learning new things and interesting facts on each animal. There is always plenty of time for visitor led questions (and answers.
Educators, staff, teachers are no charge, we have tubs of pellets to share around the kids for feeding the animals. Each child will also receive an age-appropriate activity sheet to complete or colour in. If requested we can plan our session around any topic or we can link in with your currently learning strand.
